INFO NEEDED PLEASE

Quick question. I recently bought the Killers album from a charity shop and found a 7 in red vinyl single inside. It has a plain white label with sample written on it. One side is wrathchild live and i'm not sure what song the other side is but it is also a live recording. The only markings are EMP 228 A and EMP 229 B and the word oracle scratched onto the inner of the record. Can't find any thing about it on the web hoping someone can help on here. The only record I know that has Wrathchild live on it is the Hallowed Be Thy Name single release.

I did a Google search on "EMP 228 Wrathchild" - and almost all of the relevant most results point to the 7" Red Vinyl release of Hallowed Be Thy Name.
