I listen to special-interest radio, which means 2 things:
1. Sirius-XM. Usually the Boneyard.
2. Internet radio - metal and prog stations.
In fact, let me plug this, coming up later today:

Devoted to progressive rock and power metal.
Show is 6pm-9pm New York time - I think that means it starts at midnight in Europe.
There's also a chat room on the site, which is a great place to hang when the show is on (be warned, it's often overrun with Dream Theater fanatics).
