How do I put a message right below my user name?

I know when I edit my profile, I can put a message in "personal text" which is "Space isn't "The Final Frontier". Maiden is!", but I see some members with a message right under their user name, but I don't see an option for that anywhere in my profile editor. Where is it located?

Profile > Forum Profile Information > Custom Title
