Hey Jon, how about a separate section for tours?

Now here: http://forum.maidenfans.com/index.php?topic=20054.0 I suggested a separate section for every tour, but I realize that isn't necessary. Just a general section to talk about all tours, past and future, would be great. I know. Let's put it to a vote.

As has already been discussed in the tread you linked to, there is little to no interest in such a section.

Further, forum organization is an area which the moderators handle. For what seems like the hundredth time, stop trying to pretend you're a moderator.
