Help with Steve Hariss´s quotation...

Hey people, I have a help request for you. Long time ago I´ve seen a video of Steve talking about his lyrics....it was made of some cut videos so it was pretty short...the thing is, he said something like his lyrics are about how humanity can not teach from their mistakes-from the past, the wars, etc.....Please, I need the exact quotation, you know, every word how did he said it....Please does anyone know about such thing?

I must say, it's not my question, some one asked on bruce's forum, and.. I just try to help him, anyway I am curious too, so..

When I read the question, this was my first thought too, I watched that, but, it's not there.

Other ideas?
