Favorite Adrian Smith guitar ?

I have selected some Adrian's guitars from 1980 to present. Adrian has used many guitar (not like Dave and Janick) and I have maybe forgot one of these.



1/ Gibson Les Paul Gold Top

2/ Lado 2001 Earth w Floyd Rose Tremolo - gray sunburst

3/ Jackson Strat - white w midi guitar pick

4/ Ibanez Destroyer - woodgrain

5/ Gibson SG

6/ Fender 'Iron Maiden' Strat - black w/ Mirror pickguard

7/ Fender Strato  SSH pickups - sunburst

8/ Fender Strato - cream 

9/ Charvel Strat

So, I choise the Lado. It was the guitar from the great World Slavery Tour '84. I love the look and the sound (pinch harmonics are splendid).
I like the Jackson Strat's sound whith "MIDI", but the guitar is not very beautiful.

I chose based on the guitar alone, not Adrian Smith's usage of it. And on that basis, I choose the SG. I've always loved those guitars. The Les Paul would be a very close 2nd. I can't really explain it, but those 2 models just "feel right" when I play them.

When I first saw Maiden, H used the "Ibanez Destroyer". So that is where my vote goes.

I don't know much about guitars but number 2, the "lado" looks pretty cool.
