I received a mail from whatrecords.co.uk about the DoD-Audio.
I asked about the release-date and the technical problems:

Thanks for your e-mail. No problem with your order, i got an e-mail yesterday saying the DVD-Audio will be released early in the new year, so fingers crossed. Any problems let me know.

Sorry to admit, but it's "just" the official Dance of Death CD mixed in 5.1 Dolby Digital Audio....no concert DVD or anything else... [!--emo&:duckie:--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/duckie.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'duckie.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
