DOD Artwork, the verdict

You know, as a person who really doesn't like the artwork, I wonder what other fans think they should do with it? Drop the CG people? Or redraw them with a good hand? Hell, or even with modern CG?

I think looking at the background that the cover would rock without the people...but that's my opinion
 
Eddies never really been the same since Riggs gave up after SSOASS. Remember Ed Hunter? What the hell was that? Anyway, the musics what matters anyway and Im sure it will rock so.......works for me. Ill buy every format of the new stuff no matter how lame the artwork is. Its Maiden people, need I say more?
 
I hate the album cover but I don't care if Eddie's having gay sex with the baby on it I want the music.
 
The cover is bad, but the photos of the people of Maiden are great!

Who did the cover? We know Derek Riggs is angry with Maiden, but, where are Melvin Grant or Hugh Syme? Recent covers of singles like The Wicker man, or even the Edward the great cover are better.

I dont like the cover, its not like the old ones...
I hope tha band hasnt change the music...

I have'nt heard anything of this new album. I wanna buy it, go to my house, have a wine, a cigarrette and listen to it. If its good, I dont care about the cover. If its commercial, i'll be disgusted....

Well....not really...it's very un-Maidenish to me. I do love Eddie on it though... [!--emo&:rock:--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/headbang.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'headbang.gif\' /][!--endemo--] But I think it can grow on me....I can always make my own cover for it anyway. I'm not gonna let the cover stop me from buying it or anything.

Remember....Never judge a book by it's cover!

Not bothered about the cover but when I was younger I used to spend time looking at all the small details that were hidden on all the covers (Powerslave and Somewhere in Time for example) [!--emo&:rock:--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/headbang.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'headbang.gif\' /][!--endemo--] [!--emo&:howdy:--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/wavey.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'wavey.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
 
Say what you want, but after watching this cover for couple of weeks now, I really like it. Could be better, but it's not the worst at all. Riggs is angry with Maiden because he says Maiden modify his cover for Brave New World. He had problems with Bruce too for the cover of "Scream for me Brazil". I read an interview two years ago were he talked very badly about Maiden.

Anyway the only chance to get glad with it, it's the cover without all those people there, and only the woman and the eddie, but neither like really so.
