Chatroom Problems

I know this isn't exactly what this forum is for, but it's close enough, I guess.

I can't connect to the IRC server [!--emo&--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/sad.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'sad.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Is anyone else having this problem?
