I just heard about bootlegs and i would like to trade.

But how?

On some sites i see that i should download a manager or something?

Can anybody help me on my way?

If you search google for 'DC++' and download that, then i can give you the addresses of Hub's (rooms full of maiden bootleg fans with bootlegs available for download) you can download from.

Another way would be to browse some Maiden platforms, fansites, forums to find some people who trade by post.
