Best song contest - Round 1, Part 2

All right, Phantom won easily in the first part. Nice to see some fans voted for different songs though. Let's see what your choices will be for the second album

The lowest rated album for me. Though not a favourite, I think title track is better than the others. So, I went for Killers

This one's between "Wrathchild" and "Prodigal Son" for me, and since I really like the different feel of the latter song I'll go with that one.

Back to back Davey solos notwithstanding, it has to be Killers.

Killers closely followed by Murders InThe Rue Morgue. Bronze is for Prodigal Son.

Title track, easily, it's one of the most aggressive songs Maiden ever came out with. Excellent moody intro that nicely builds the tension into the powerful verses and chorus, plus it's got a pair of killer (sorry) solos. Only part I'm not super keen on is the harmony before the bridge, I can take or leave that. Otherwise, awesome.

I'm torn between Killers and Murders In The Rue Morgue; seeing as the former will win the poll anyway, I'm gonna vote MITRM.

These two, along with Wrathchild, are the best songs in an otherwise mediocre album.

IMHO, the song "Killers" is a killer one. It's the best track on 'Killers' album and the best Paul Di'Anno vocal performance ever.
