Good list right there.

I'm going to have to say the absolute most incredible metal drummer (and vocalist, no less) that I've ever heard is Proscriptor of [a href=\'http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=41\' target=\'_blank\']Absu[/a] fame. The drumlines, especially on the band's newest album, Tara, are absolutely phenomenal. Some of the fastest double-kick drumming I've ever heard, topped with incredibly creative, fast, and complex snare, tom, and high-hat use that would make the monkey in Slipknot keel over upon hearing.

Faster than Richard Christy in IE's Wolf from Horror Show? that was.... fast

Alex Van Halen - Hot for Teacher

Was tempted to say Meg from White Stripes there instead [!--emo&:P--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/tongue.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'tongue.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Yes, faster, though Wolf's isn't too bad. Also, when you consider the fact that the rest of the drumming Proscriptor does is far more complicated than Iced Earth's, uou realise that being able to double-kick fast is one thing, and being able to double-kick fast while going all over the kit at a speed that, frankly, many other drummers cannot match on the double-bass, is entirely another.

i dont know much about drumming....but mike portnoy's drumming on the images and words album kicks mucho ass.
