Awesome Priest video of Devil's child. Beats 1982 version hands down.

Very good. The music was perfect. Halford was weak in some parts, like the third verse - brilliant on other parts, like the second chorus.

And I didn't like the ending. Why the extra crash and burn? The album ending is perfect, and they sounded great on that bit.

And I think Halford looks sad these days. Moves like he's 97 years old.

Haven't seen the DVD in a year, so won't try to compare.

I've got to agree with you there. He looks like he's having back problems. I'd say drop some of the leather and studs so he can move more freely, and possibly some weight so his chest can expand better. His stage gear weight 20 kg during Painkiller era, if my memory serves me right.

I've got the Graspop 2008 pro shot, and Devil's Child on it is nowhere nere as good as this, except the final chorus with the same kind of high notes (though not as good). Seems like dropping the cigaretts might have helped.

Sounded really, really good!

I must say - I saw Priest last summer, and Halford was great on some songs - but on others, he didn't come close to his best. Painkiller, for example, was painful (no pun inten. ..oh wait, it was intended  :D) whereas Between the Hammer and the Anvil was great.
