Astral Doors

I heard of Astral Doors, but I don't recall ever hearing them. As they are opening for Blind Guardian this tour, I will see them on Saturday. Can somebody tell me what they are like?
 
They're brilliant musicians, as well as extremely nice people. And the singer's got an amazing voice! Have a look at this. Believe me, you're going to love this band!  :)
 
Well, what can I say? They were brilliant. I really enjoyed them, and they reminded me a lot of mid-80s Dio.
 
Yeah, the only thing that cheesed me off a bit was when the singer said "Scream for me Lichtenfels!" (twice)- no kidding.
