Any videos of Dave falling off stage and breaking his finger?

Why would you want to see that?

Let's be honest here, You wouldn't be interested in seeing how it happened exactly? I know I am. Dave isn't particularly that energetic on stage compared to his band mates, so I'm having a hard time visualizing how it would've happened.

I doubt if he really fell.

I know it's on the Commentary but all I remember is that he injured his finger, and I can't remember any official or non-official statement about a fall, or any other reason how he injured it.

I looked it up and this is what I found:

...which is now off the road for a few days after guitarist Dave Murray broke a finger during Friday night's show in Los Angeles. The guitarist fractured the pinkie finger on his left hand, prompting the heavy metal journeymen to cancel shows in San Jose on Saturday and Las Vegas on Monday. The band is expected to be back on stage for Thursday's show in El Paso, Texas. Because of plans to tour Europe, the band will not be able to reschedule the cancelled shows. The band's management issued a statement noting, "This is obviously very unfortunate. Dave is in a lot of pain and is unable to use the little finger of his fret hand--which of course is vital for any guitarist. We are hoping for a quick recovery and promise to make it up to the fans in San Jose and Las Vegas when we come back through next year."

Wiki (never that reliable) mentions (or did last time I read) that when they next played Dave didn't do any solos. I asked this before, as it would be quite interesting to hear the other two attempt any kind of imitation of Dave's style; if this did indeed happen.

Unfortunately no bootleg of El Paso, Texas. Said to exist, but no info.

We could check San Antonio's bootleg (2 days after that) and see if one of the guys took over some solos still.

Hmm, unfortunately I don't have any of the three remaining gigs they did in North America, but I do have the gig in LA (Greek Theater) in which Dave injured his finger. Dave plays all solos, so he either injured it in the last minute of the gig, either he was very tough (or didn't even feel it at the moment). We could check Youtube for (one of) these gigs for solos by H and/or Janick (instead of Dave):

El Paso
San Antonio
Dallas
(all 1999)

But there is a chance that Dave was recovered already by then.

Definitely Dave ;)

Let's continue with the El Paso gig, I want to know whether Smith/Gers playing the solos actually happened. There are a dozen people on the setlist.fm claiming they've been at the gig, if someone has an account maybe try messaging those people (if such thing can be done on that site).

I'll believe it when I hear it. ;--)

But small chance H and Jan did that. :) Dave did everything in San Antonio, big chance he did it the other two as well. But who knows.
A Dallas bootleg seems to exist according to the Iron Maiden Commentary.

He fell off Bruce's shoulders during Adrian's solo in the Number of the Beast and that's why they don't do that bit anymore.
