Albums not on Apple Music

Hello people. I'm new to the forum and I'm very sorry if this has been discussed before.

Is there any reason why Somewhere in Time and Seventh Son (maybe others) are not on Apple Music?

I love the service so much and this has been my first huge disappointment. I don't understand why, considering they are on spotify.
 
No idea why. I'm not even sure I know what Apple Music is..but I'm pretty sure you can get them on iTunes (although I haven't used that service either in a while!)
