Album Cover Art Cup

It's time to find out what's the ultimate, greatest, most amazing, fantastic album cover artwork here on maidenfans forum.
Because everybody has a different taste this could be quite interesting.

The rules of the game are easy:

- Send me a list with 10 of your favourite album covers in a DM before august 31. You don't need to rank them in the right order.
- There are no limits in the type of album (studio, live, EP or compilation) or musical genre but no Iron Maiden!
- If you don´t like the artist or music but you simply love the artwork:
Don´t hesitate to nominate.

Hopefully I will have enough nominations to start the game in september. The first part of the game will be in some sort of poll formula, the second part of the game will be battles with knock-outs. It all depends how many covers will be nominated.

No I won´t.
At first I thought 5 was enough but if there isn´t much respond there won´t be enough albums to make it exciting.

@MindRuler , do covers which are actually paintings which existed long before bands that used them qualify? e.g. Theodor Kittelsen's paintings used by Burzum and other Norwegian BM bands, etc.?

I love it! Not sure if you mean this specific one but I might even vote for it.
So yeah...If memory serves me well Deep Purple used a Hieronymus Bosch painting once, Bruce stuff from Blake and Armored Saint some surrealistic one too.
