Incredible that it's been 16 years already. Probably the last Maiden album I really loved, and with The X Factor (it's twin) my favorite after the classic era. I saw them in Chicago, and I really loved the show. If not my favorite Maiden gig, it's up there close with the Death on the Road...

Chile II sold out, but I doubt they will move it to the stadium as one of the selling points of the arena gig was the rarity of seeing Maiden in a comparatively intimate setting. I know many people bought to both shows because of that, I dont think the demand for a second stadium gig is enough.

No, capacity has not changed, the definition of sold out has...there were visible empty seats in all previous concerts.
