The mix is just fine. By the way better than Todd La Torre's album which sounds extremely "modern", full of tricks, and therefore generic. (I'm not getting into the composition's merits, just the general sound)

Judgement Day & Justice Of The Peace Crazy thing these 2 songs didn't make it onto the album.

I was at the festival and I can say that unfortunately the dvd is heavily edited. Both in terms of sound and visual. All of Bruce's jokes were dropped (he mocked Britney Spears who performed the day before, quoted Michael Jackson's moonwalker as he climbed on the rail camera, etc.) Small...

Not wanting to offend anyone, but these obligatory complaints about the production/mix that multiplies on the internet (common to many bands, not just Maiden) are more of an addiction than anything. It's almost an automatic reflex at this point. The Stratego song sounds great on my headphones...

The best part is that he said that the people who listened the whole thing really loved The Parchment.... Showing again that despite some slips Steve knows what he's doing :)
