    Judas Priest

Exciting setlist! Although somewhat safe, they should do more IS tracks. Andy has really grown into the role image vice. The Faulkner/Sneap combo is working much better than it did during Firepower tour! Would be cool to have a live album from this version of Priest.

    Accept

Humanoid must be the first Accept single that features three distinct guitar tracks? Probably the best metal album of that decade.

Circle of Stone vs The Mandrake Project

For me the singles from Blaze (Circle of Stone -> Rage -> Mind Reader) were much stronger than the Bruce Singles (Afterglow - > Rain) and this theme has stayed after listening to both albums. I also prefer the CoS production. Circle of Stone is my preferred album! Will be exciting to see Blaze...

Circle of Stone vs The Mandrake Project

Since we are reaching the release date of Circle of Stone and The Mandrake Project (and alot of people on this forum seems to have heard both already) I thought it would be interesting to see which album people prefer.

    The Future Past Tour 2024

Blaze is doing his Maiden Anniversary set this spring and summer in Europe! Maybe not the vocalist you had in mind, but it was a while since he had BOTWH in the set so we might be lucky!

    Blaze Bayley

Thanks, all March and September dates (expect Austria on Sep 7) are Circle of Stone tour! Also I'm sure the Maiden Anniversary setlist will include 2-3 songs from the new album, just as the Maiden anniversary shows in 2022 featured War Within Me (part of the latest live album) material.

    Blaze Bayley

That's the shows starting in september. He has not been touring that much 2020-2023 for obvious reasons, I think it's smart to kick of the intense touring with a Maiden setlist! Then they can tour Circle of Stone from september 2023 well into 2024!

    Blaze vocal performance

The Eternal Flame bootleg was worked on in the studio (compare the versions of The Evil that Men Do) and later released. I'm sure they reworked Fortunes of War too!

What are your top five favorite live song recordings by Maiden?

Yepp, audio recording from Gothenburg, video recording from South America if I remember correctly. There are versions of the same quality from this concert, Man on the Edge, Blood on the Worlds Hands, The Aftermath and The Evil that Men Do!
