    Rush

I don't know if that's a controversial opinion or not, but Rush sucks without Neil Peart (in any case) and it's not REAL Rush to me. Neil Peart made Rush to be real Rush. They sucked in 1974 and they suck today with Anika.

Iron Maiden - inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame

How is it possible that RJD is not inducted as a member of Black Sabbath?

    Favorite 80's Maiden album closer?

I suppose that either Hallowed or Rime would get the most votes here. How would you rank and rate all these closers?

    Favorite 80's Maiden album opener?

Prowler, Eagles, CSIT and Moonchild are all great songs but Aces high takes it for me here.

Rate all songs on Somewhere In Time best to least good

It's really tough to rank them all since SIT is my second favorite Maiden album. Let's try it like this: 1. Alexander the Great - 5/5 2. Wasted years - 5/5 3. Caught somewehre in time - 5/5 4. Stranger in the strange land - 4.5/5 5. The loneliness of the long distance runner - 4/5 6. Sea of...

Your Top 5 Iron Maiden albums

It's really surprising how many times are The X Factor and Senjutsu mentioned here. I wouldn't expect that at all. :D Anyway, my top 5 list: 1. Powerslave (my favorite metal album of the 80's) 2. Somewhere in Time 3. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son 4. Piece of Mind 5. Number of the Beast

    The X Factor Vs. Senjutsu

Both albums are weak, but The X Factor is weaker.

rate all 17 Maiden albums best to worst

My opinion is that the debut is better than Killers indeed, but not by a wide margin, it's still the classic from the 80's and still very good. It's hard for me to imagine NPFTD being better than Killers.

rate all 17 Maiden albums best to worst

NPFTD over Killers? And the debut 9 spots above Killers? It's strange.

    80's Maiden vs. Metallica instrumentals?

Which quartet of instrumentals is superior in your book? Personally I thinks Metallica wins here without a doubt. All 4 Maiden instrumentals are just good and neither is great, while Metallica has two great instrumentals (Ktulu and Orion), TLITD is good (not great) and Anesthesia is just ok.

What are the most overrrated albums in rock history?

Painkiller was by far their heaviest and most aggressive album to date. It terms of heaviness and aggressiveness, none of Iron Maiden albums comes close to Painkiller. I'd easily take Painkiller over three acclaimed Priest albums from the 80's anytime, which sound a bit commercial by comparison...

    Janick's role in post-reunion Maiden

OK, I could agree on that, but outside of that song their material is generally ass. Joe Walsh wasted his time and talent playing in Eagles.

    Janick's role in post-reunion Maiden

    They suck.

Name me another metal band with three guitarists.
