    RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 2026

One of the reasons I enjoy Senjutsu as an album so much. There's still some straining here and there (ironically a lot of it on The Writing On The Wall, which he co-wrote) but there's a lot of prominent middle register on multiple songs. There's a bit of a bluesy touch on this interpretation of...

    RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 2026

The one time they announce well in advance that they'll record and release a new live album, everything seems to be going wrong. This project is cursed. Scrap it and release one for TFP instead :D (kidding, release both setlists as a best-of deal, Flight 666 style)

Songs considered a "filler" track you actually do enjoy?

I respect your opinion but I hate you and we are now mortal enemies for life :D That's probably a bit of a special case, since it was recorded and released on the Metal for Muthas compilation.

Argh, phrasing lol I meant that he took the best (in his opinion) material from 75-80 for the debut, and the rest was dumped onto Killers.

Songs considered a "filler" track you actually do enjoy?

Unpopular opinion: Almost the entirety of Killers would count as a filler for me. Which makes kinda sense, since for the first two albums Steve chose most of what he considered to be their best material, leaving Fillers with some literal leftovers. Doesn't help that many songs are blatantly...

    RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 2026

Dude, the guy made a throwaway comment, he didn't craft a PR statement. No need to be so extremely pedantic about something that definitely doesn't warrant it lol

Lindsey Graham died rather suddenly. This plus whatever's happening with Mitch McConnell, well it seems evil does indeed not live forever.

I'd give all of your respective left balls to make that happen. Okay, mine could go as well if absolutely necessary, I suppose.

Songs considered a "filler" track you actually do enjoy?

It probably helped that I grew up in Dortmund and know a couple of people who are the exact kind described in the song! I'm also a big fan of how acoustic guitars are utilized throughout the album, WW being one of the more prominent examples.

Fully agreed! Well, except for The Apparition. That one's too long for what it actually brings to the table, imo.

Oh, absolutely. Some songs like The Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner, Back In The Village or Don't Look To The Eyes Of A Stranger were only played one or two times before being dropped. Other songs were played on one leg of a tour and the dropped. It would also be interesting to look at...
