I don't live in Athens anymore and do not plan to go for the show. But why do you think that the Olympic Stadium is a bad venue? It's a classic stadium, sound is not worse than other stadiums in the world and access is easy. The problems you'll get there, you'll get anywhere in a stadium.

Metallica were 144 for example and the gig is a couple of weeks before Maiden's. Maiden in 2022 were 90 for golden circle. We do not get a lot of big gigs in Greece, but as far as metal go, they are on the expensive side.

in Greece it's 102 for an arena ticket and people are complaining a lot. Seats are even more expensive.
