No, as far as I am concerned, the biggest metal band is Haggard. They have 20 people in the band.
Let me leave the obsession with numbers and sizes for a second: Iron Maiden is the most influential band in the history of metal music.
Have you ever watched a speech of Bruce about MTV? or about fashion and similar other things those so-called "normal people" are caged in?
Oh yes, it is the demise. The band members hug each other and cry now.
On a final note, the quantitative approach is usually very problematic in such...
Apparently, he loved it so much that he was almost hurting the fellow band members for it. :p
But seriously, I wonder if Bruce ever sang this song live in the way he sings it for the album. I think he made a less tiring version of the song for the concerts, which made it somewhat less...

I simply cannot turn off H's solo in FTGGOG. It is so addictive, maybe because it is a rarity, I don't know. But I would advice you to give it a try this year. :)
Btw, in case it may be an incentive, I uploaded some of the solo-parts I recorded, including that of FTGGOG...
well, Nicko said many things about Bruce as well. :)
I also think that Nicko is better than Clive. People tend to miss Nicko's quality, at least because minimalism is not common in heavy metal drumming. He is a true minimalist in the sense that he works perfectly to make us pay attention to...
Once again I should write: his presence in FOI is fantastic in this tour. So strong, theatrical tone, and always surprising in each performance.
I wish we had 4 Bruces to do the chorus in different frequency ranges.
I am sure the setlist will (accurately) be the same--maybe a new album song instead of TETMD--,but I am looking forward to see the minor details they work on, such as the readjustments on the stage, costumes etc.
TNT was a great latecoming idea for RTTH. Also as far as I could follow, the...
Just to neutralize the "what-if/why-not a woman did that" questions one may ask (and several people actually did): I should note that the female equivalent of this presentation was made by Nightwish's Floor Jansen in the past. :innocent:
Jethro Tull - Mountain Men
Jethro Tull - Childhood Heroes Reprise
In fact, it would be more appropriate to say that Maiden often sounds like Jethro Tull.
Despite having seen FTGGOG live, I will be disappointed if we eventually will not get a pro live-recording of this song.
I hate to see the same songs in the concert albums over and over. How many more 2mtm will we have?
