I love Blaze Bayley but can you imagine if all these forums and YouTube videos existed of him during his Maiden tours? Especially his worst nights. "maiden are finito! It's over, it was a disaster, they're done!"

They're still very good live but I was watching Revelations live from 2005 and I think they were just untouchable live from 1999 to about 2008 or so. The reunion era was the absolute peak of their live performances, Bruce was unbelievable.

I would love a little bit of the blaze era live shows. Not the full thing, just his best performances (yes they do exist) from the 95 part of the X Factour and his better ones from the 98 VXI tour. Not much Bruce stuff, just his own material from his two albums really apart from Afraid to...

Dave's solos are mostly better but Janick is a better songwriter than Dave. Anyway keeping Janick was a brilliant move. No reason for him to go, I love the the three guitarists.

I was thinking on the future past tour when nick was still in the band that Futureal would have been piss easy for him if he played it like the studio version but man on the edge is damn near a thrash beat and would have been maybe impossible for that version of Nicko
