Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

It depends on what mood I’m in as to what set list I find the best. It is a toss up between Legacy and Furure Past. They were amazing.

TFP tour was really special. It’s hard to top that setlist!

I know it is disappointing for the American fans. However, it’s a big ass country and they are old.

I noped out of buying Maiden shirts in 2013 when I saw the prices for the Maiden England tour t shirts. To be honest, I don’t really like wearing Maiden shirts anyway. I’m not embarrassed by my love of the band, but I am embarrassed by the design of some of the shirts!

Cost is indeed an issue. However, a LAD boxset that was reasonably priced would be something I would spend money on.

Well I am partial to the title track.

As I said in the Powerslave thread, this is a wasted opportunity. UFO, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple and Hawkwind (plus others) have all put out great boxsets to celebrate classic albums. Where are the Hammersmith shows? If anyone asks me what annoys me most about Maiden in 2025, it would be their...

    Powerslave: Album Discussion

FFS. Just look at how other bands have treated their classic live albums. UFO, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple and Hawkwind. They all put out incredible boxsets. This is such a missed opportunity to put out a boxset to celebrate this iconic live album. Lame. Seriously lame.

I go back and forth with Senjutsu. There are some days I think it is a great album and others where I just don’t get it. I still love Stratego, The Writing on the Wall, The Parchment and Hell on Earth. They are incredible tracks. The rest are hit and miss. Much like The Book of Souls, Senjutsu...

Is there a particular reason why Senjutsu has dropped?

    Blaze Bayley

I joined in 2003. My username was No More Tears. The ‘Blaze is the Messiah’ phrase was still going strong then.

Blimey! That takes be back to the old days of the IMBB.

Early start, early finish. Sounds like a win win to me.

Mother Russia Age of Innocence Quest for Fire Hooks in You Empire of the Clouds These are just songs that I struggle to connect with on multiple levels.

    Bruce Dickinson

I love the fact that the guitarists replicated the original solos as faithfully as they could. It reminds me of when my mates and I were growing up and we would transcribed classic solos note for note. What a great tribute to Davey and H.

I am being a little sarcastic. Bruce is the main reason why the set lists have been better since 2016. 2011-2014 was a little stale IMO. As far as I am aware, he is the one behind the more interesting song inclusions.

Adrian, Janick and Dave's guitars and Steve's basses

Good to see Jan using a Radial splitter as well. The man has good taste!

it’s utterly baffling. He probably couldn’t be arsed to learn it considering he had to remember ATG, CSIT and SIASL.

IRON MAIDEN: 'Infinite Dreams - The Official Visual History' Book Due In The Fall

I don’t know how many times we have to drag up these recordings of Blaze being out of his depth. He took the job in the world’s greatest metal band (wouldn’t you if you were offered it?) and they did bugger all to accommodate his vocal range. You can’t slag someone off for doing their best in a...
