    Blaze Bayley

The Doctor Doctor cover is pushed by the Spotify algorithm, and it was added in 2022. Soon, the only other Blaze-era tracks with more streams will be The Clansman, Sign of the Cross, Futureal and Man on The Edge.

    Back in 1993

Watching this video, I can understand why they decided to go with Blaze. Then it didn't work out, for a lot of reasons, but I can see why Steve thought he would be a good fit. This article sums it upp well: https://www.metaltalk.net/chris_dale_wolfsbane_london.php

Bruce talks not detuning the songs

What about this then, is rearranging parts of a song to a lower key (without detuning), authentic?

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

The Number of the Beast, like in 2003? That was a good opening for festivals at least. Play something that many people recognize and get their attention.

I have never understood the bullshit about Gers's rhythm parts not being in the mix live. Have people never heard this album? And I really like Janick's interpretation of Stratton's guitar parts (Prowler, Remember Tomorrow and Transylvania).

Adrian, Janick and Dave's guitars and Steve's basses

I think it's one step above American Standard though. More like an American Deluxe in quality. Definitely a good guitar. Here is one for sale for $1499: https://guitarchimp.com/products/1993-fender-american-classic-hss-floyd-rose-stratocaster

Adrian, Janick and Dave's guitars and Steve's basses

The sunburst strat has become a bit forgotten after he switched back to Jackson in 2008, but a very nice guitar. It also started the Rock in Rio show in 2001, that alone makes it iconic to me!

Found this one with Janick as well. In 1995 before the album was released. But in the UK music magazines I think it was a lot of Steve, with Blaze assisting him.

He mentioned a few years ago that he received a "golden handshake" from the band when he was dismissed: https://www.loudersound.com/features/what-s-it-like-to-be-blaze-bayley This exit deal propably also included that they bought the rights to Dream of Mirrors (co-written with Janick and...

No, the Bowie Bond deal would still have happened and Bruce would have gone back for financial reasons: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/275760.stm Note that the date of the article is just before the announcement for the reunion was made. Money rules.
