The Man Who Would Be King Sounds a bit like a mix between For the Greater Good of God and Afraid to Shoot Stranger.

It’s a real grower. I disliked it in the beginning, but now I love it. Janick has done some really splendid songwriting on this album.

Re: Official thread for Final Frontier discussion (Spoilers inside) Given the album some spins now. My favorite tracks are Final Frontier, Mother of Mercy, Coming Home, Isle of Avalon, and Talisman. To other songs are also very good. A very strong album!

I think they will play: The Final Frontier El Dorado Coming Home When the Wild Wind Blows I hope im wrong.

This is Gers best work so far. I like this a lot more then The Legacy. Did he co-write it with any of the other members?

Re: Satellite 15....The Final Frontier Im pretty sure Nico is OK with this.The drumming pattern is played in a none human way. I cant hear any bass on the track either. Im pretty sure its just Adrian, Bruce, and the drume machine.

Re: TFF has NO repeating choruses? The Final Frontier repetition also works because there is a melodic lead guitar in the background that changes during those lines.

I don't think I have heard Maiden do anything like this before. Fantastic solo!!!

Cool! I did not know about those other threads. It’s so good to see that I’m not the only one who appreciates this song. The bridge is my favorite part of the song. No Prayer is also the first Maiden album I bought after becoming a fan so I guess that is one of the reasons I like it so much.
