This is very good. I've yet to hear a country offering disaster relief. Japan was offered many when the Kobe earthquake struck, for instance. So yes, I'm confident the US can deal with it themselves, but an offer from another country, if only as a sign of good will, wouldn't hurt anyone. Cheers
