This is the norm for these type of fan conventions. A lot of the celebrity guests aren't paid per se by the convention so the photos and autographs is their compensation for their appearance. Plus professional companies come in and set up these photo ops so the price would include whatever they...
I had no issue with the production of No Prayer. I think the intent was for a stripped down, back to roots sound, also reflected in the tour production
