Re: Daily Song: Lord of the Flies It's a straightforward rocker, but a damn good one.  It works live (with Blaze, not Maiden) a lot better than on The X Factor, the chorus always gets the crowd singing harder than for most Blaze songs.  On the record, it's not as exciting, though, so it gets an 8.

To each his own taste and all, but if The Alchemist has shitty lyrics to you, I wonder what you think of or The 2 A.M., Deja Vu, or Age of Innocence?  Not to mention Charlotte the Harlot or Quest for Fire?  Or do you just mean the subject matter of the lyrics is shitty?

Not lunch, but dinner: Tortilla with half the meat replaced with cottage cheese (and I usually use a lot of meat).  Can't believe I didn't think of it before.

Re: Daily Song: Fear of the Dark This song comes alive phenomenally, and even the live versions are loads better than the studio version.  However, it's still not Maiden's best live song (that would be The Clansman) and not quite up there with the other songs I've given 10 to.  A high 9/10.

There are a few songs I think are quite overrated though I also like them a lot: Rainmaker, Infinite Dreams, Remember Tomorrow come to mind.  Then a few songs I like quite a lot more than the average fan: Invaders, The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner, Futureal, Montsegur, Lord of Light...

It's not immediately obvious that it's in the madness forum if you use the "Show unread posts since last visits" or "Show new replies to your posts" features, where it's in small text under/after the topic title. 

A very surprising winner, I'm not sure it would make it to my top 10 though it is a great song.  I had no idea it was this popular.

Re: Daily Song: Weekend Warrior The riff at the beginning is sort of interesting, but once Bruce starts singing it all goes downhill.  The chorus, like in Chains of Misery, is annoying as hell, and the "what you gonna do on Monday" part is one of the worst/most irritating parts in any Maiden...
