If those two are the only TFF dates, and next tours play older songs, then maybe, just maybe, Maiden feels that the US fans do not care to hear the new material, at least not as much as other parts of the world.  Hopefully, that speculation is wrong.  I hope they'll tour Toronto sometime next year.

Well, it seems when I know some of these, I'm the last one to check here. Euphamism for sex -- You Shook Me All Night Long (though I think it could be higher as this is the rock song, the only rock song played at social events in my experience so it could be higher).  If so, Walk this Way would...
