I know Ticketmaster are leeches but Christ alive that's pure extortion. I paid £80 for standing tickets for Birmingham, and even then I thought that's getting too much.
I really hope all the media surrounding Blaze following his heart attack leads to people giving him a second look. He deserves all the success in the world quite frankly.
In no particular order, it changes on a regular basis but this is probably the closest you'll get right now:
The Swart Raven - Winterfylleth
Stories - Evergrey
Let the Devil In - Green Lung
Your Love Has Ruined My Life - Holding Absence
Beyond the Realms of Death - Judas Priest
Jaws - Sleep...
Wasn't Dio supposed to be apart of it at some point?
Also wouldn't surprise me if the success of Rob being back in Priest, and Bruce being back in Maiden put the brakes on it.
I bumped into Blaze Bayley in a pub in Wolverhampton once. I don't have the desire to meet any other member of Iron Maiden, he set a standard that I don't think can be matched.
I wanna say it was knocking around earlier than that. I'm sure I saw it mentioned between Z2 and Transcendence.
Here's a tweet of him mentioning it in 2016.
Verrryyyy very good track. I was worried that after Firepower, this album was going to be a disappointment in comparison. But after listening to that I'm optimistic that they might match it.
My first time seeing Maiden was at Knebworth 2014, so I only have fond memories of that tour. I don't think 16 year old me had more excited for anything than when Doctor Doctor started ringing out over the speakers.
But I can imagine for some people who had seen the band up teenth times before...
I even think the big Eddie is a bit of a cop out this year. At least the previous two inflatable ones had a bit of depth to them, and looked impressive. This tours' one is just a bit underwhelming.
