Underneath the "spoiler" tag is a complete list of the 82 songs the band has played live during the reunion era:
For the most part, there are few surprises. "Iron Maiden" has been played during literally every show. "The Number of the Beast", "The Trooper", and "Fear of the Dark" have all...
I was curious about which songs the band has played live during the "reunion" era (1999 to 2022). I got the data from setlist.fm. I made a few small changes for obvious errors (for example, that site is showing that "Wildest Dreams" was played 90 times in 2003, but every other song was played 89...
It would be great to hear the isolated bass from "To Tame A Land" (which is, in my opinion, Harris's most challenging & interesting performance). Thanks in advance if that's possible.
Here's what I think would happen:
Harris - when he's done, the band is done (obviously)
Dickinson - I don't think that Dickinson and Maiden are synonymous, and I like the four albums with Di'Anno and Bayley. But at this point, I can't imagine how the band would continue without him
McBrain - I...
Tomorrow night is the final show of the Legacy of the Beast tour. Obviously we don't know all of the band's future plans, but I wonder how many of these songs will never again be played live?
I'd imagine that tomorrow would be the last time they play "Sign of the Cross" and "The Clansman". I...
Enjoy the show. "Argus" is one of the greatest albums of all-time. Wishbone Ash's first five albums were great, but this was their peak. And (as I'm sure you know) it had a huge influence on the development of Iron Maiden's sound. I'm hoping they bring the tour to Ontario (Canada) at some point.
I was at the Hamilton show last night. It was a great concert (how could it not be?), but I enjoyed the Toronto show a lot more. That's probably due to my tickets (I was at the barrier on Tuesday, and had a seat yesterday - and although it was a really good seat, it just wasn't the same...
Just got home from the Toronto show. It was my 7th time seeing the band, and perhaps my best concert experience so far.
I won first to the barrier (but was towards the back of that group). I ended up getting 2nd row, to the right of centre. Janick was there 90% of the time, and Harris was there...
"The Talisman" is correct. Maybe the anagram in the 2nd clue was too obvious. (The first clue is a picture of a bottle of port, and the word "port" appears early in the song). @Jer is up.
