RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Maybe Steve likes this football club? (not as much as West Ham of course) But it's true: I was in Gelsenkirchen at the AC/DC show. I am admittedly more a casual AC/DC fan but normally I know and recognise their songs. At times I found that difficult at this show.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

There doesn't seem to be much change/progress in ticket sales for Berlin 2. I think this can also be a date for people who decide late to see the tour (again).

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I see it a little differently (by the way as someone who has toured himself for many months in a row), but that's also a valid point of view and a good way of putting it.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I just meant I wouldn't find it very likable if someone travels the world playing music and what he had to say about this priviledge would be complaining about not seeing his grandchild for a few months when he still has the rest of the year and also can call, video-call etc.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

If he really said that, I'll be honest and admit that I find it a bit dislikeable. He's travelling the world and doing what he loves and can see his grandchild before and after the tour and make phone calls/Face-time, Skype during the tour. The grandchild needs to make friends of the same age...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

This is from Wikipedia: "At Metacritic, which assigns a normalised rating out of 100 to reviews from professional publications, the album has an average score of 83 based on 15 reviews, indicating "universal acclaim". At AnyDecentMusic, which collates reviews from more than 50 media sources...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I compiled a bit of personal statistics, asked buddies, but also on my Insta etc, why people want to see this tour so much. Listening to the classics and the promised super show play a role, but above all it came out: Who knows how many more tours will happen (also with/because of Nicko), we...

    The Future Past Tour 2024

I only fully realised today that I treat Maiden differently than other bands: Usually, if a band has a drummer who can't reproduce what's on the album, I say that's not a good live band - regardless of why he can't do that.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I thought they are only going to play what the majority of fans want in order to make more money. Or are deep cuts fine as long as they are not from the era after 2000? The tickets for 2025 are of course sold before the setlist is known but what about 2026? Won't the whole clever marketing...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Come on, how difficult is it to successfully sell the anniversary of a band like Iron Maiden at a time when many people think there might not be many more chances to see them.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

What, by saying "only half of our products are worth anything"? That makes no sense.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Sorry, but I find it much more unreasonable to believe that 50 successful years are celebrated by explicitly mentioning only the first 17 years and that nothing more will happen. What is that marketing strategy supposed to be? Asking the fans to ignore all the more recent Maiden albums...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

No, not at all! Eddie took the time to personally inform me how much he likes my dancing and that if Adrian will ever accept help with his turns I will be hired a a trainer! :D

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Maybe they couldn't start earlier because the studio is booked at the beginning of the year and then Bruce also wants to play a few solo shows and needs at least some rest afterwards. However - why are they playing the German shows and not the French ones during Wacken, for example? Of course...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I don't agree with that. Most of the young fans I see at concerts are either standing around as if they don't know what appropriate behavior could be or they are chatting with friends/making selfies/making videos.

No, we have to make up a conversation how they developed the Part 1 (2025/26) and Part 2 (2027/28) concept .

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

In my circle, the tour is a huge success not so much because of the 80s, but because people don't want to miss it when Maiden put on the biggest show spectacle of all time and different to what we know from them. But I still have to get used to the strange name. I call the tour “50 years of...

I don't scream. I've always found that idiotic because you're there to listen. I do dance, though.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Thanks a lot for the explanation, but I'm wondering if the email address can really be the connection. They would have to send out endless emails to people with the "wrong" address to sort it out. Almost everyone I know is registered with different email addresses in different places, even...
