In my opinion, recent developments have shown that 2 views are clearly wrong: 1) Iron Maiden will never continue with new musicians. 2) One more tour and that's it for Iron Maiden.

If it's true that Nicko will be the only drummer on future Maiden albums, they've communicated really strangely. For me, ‘projects’ for and with Nicko would be things like a podcast. I would have said something like ‘he will continue to play a fundamental role for Iron Maiden’ or something similar.

I asked my friends. They'll keep the tickets. They are disappointed but think it will still be a fun evening with what is announced as the biggest Maiden show ever. I believe most people will think that way.
