I think the "voted by fans" part was bullshit.  Look at the track selection.

The intro is stunning, as is the chorus, but the verses lower it from a 10 to a high 9.

10/10, my favorite Maiden opener, kicks the shit out of Aces High if you ask me, and is my favorite song from this album.
