It’s a cover because The Entire Population of Hackney did it first and you can hear that on a bootleg.

It’s so good. It could be a contender for a Top 10 Iced Earth song. Probably the best Barlow performance ever recorded. And almost every other song on that album are contenders for the band’s Top 10 worst.

I disagree immensely. It kinda looks like it was drawn in pencil but the texture and the colors are gorgeous. It doesn’t feel as cheap as it should. Now there’s an alternate cover that was used in some European pressings, including the CD I own. And this one is pretty meh:
