There is still a small question mark behind this news, purely for reasons of a formal nature, whether the Maidens are coming to Pula. And that, most likely, two days in a row!
Probably...
According to article that I linked in one of my previous comments, these concerts are already confirmed. Iron Maiden, Nick Cave, David Byrne, Sting, One Republic
I would prefer to see Maiden in Ljubljana every tour, but I will drive from Ljubljana to Pula with bus (203 km's), back in 2017 I travelled from Ljubljana to Liverpool to see Maiden
Today's article about future concerts in Pula arena. I think Maiden are confirmed, I talked to my friend and he's not organiser, that means organisers are NuCoast or LAA...
With floor standing capacity is cca 10.000, 6.500 is with seats at floor area. My friend checked that info few times.
Ticket prices are determined by the organizer, based on the overall concert budget (band fee, advertising, space rental, production costs ...)
and venue capacity.
The blue marked areas are slightly raised seats on/above the ground floor, the red areas are seats (free choice), and the green areas are standing areas.
I think the concerts in Pula would be somewhere from early June to early July, I highly doubt they will start the 2026 tour there. There are many things related to organizing the Pula Arena concerts, and certain things are decided by the municipality/mayor of Pula.
If these two concerts at Pula Arena really happen, the band should record a live concert video of both concerts and release it on Blu-ray. The ancient Pula Arena is the ideal setting for Maiden, for their concert video. I've been to a few concerts in the Pula Arena, the sound is excellent...
This is actually my idea, I suggested this to my friend who organize concerts in Slovenia, about 7 years ago (year or two before covid). I just called him on the phone to see if he was involved in this. He didn't answer the phone, I'll let you know when I find out more.
That would be more likely. As I wrote weeks ago I don't think they will play in Slovenia. Start in Bulgaria, Greece, maybe Turkey, Romania, Serbia, Croatia (Zagreb arena, capacity 23.000)..., that kind of order and to the central and northern Europe.
