Merge complete. I'm gonna have to listen to the second pairing.

Serj Tankian is definitely the kind of vocalist that some people can't handle, so that makes sense. I've always found his voice interesting and frankly I wish SOAD was a better band.

Presented without much more comment, but I think this sums up why the Epstein rift in MAGA is threatening to split open wide:

Because he is. Remember, the audio being used is not the original, it's a BBC re-recording of it years later.

Poll: The strongest 90s Maiden album

I completely disagree but then again so does ~68% of Maidenfans, so it is clear "Blaze exclusion theory" is in the minority

That's not going to happen no matter how much you complain on Maidenfans.com, so again, let's mostly move on. If someone attends a show and is disappointed, then they can certainly say that, but there's no point re-iterating the conversation every time a youtube bootleg drops. Let's try and keep...

What are the top 5 worst Maiden songs?

I find it to be a little too lovey. Maiden's just not great at ballads. I don't think it's bad, I just don't rate it very highly. Certainly not as bad as the all time bad tracks.

    Your Entrance Music

In the modern era of wrestling, all you have to be is athletic. You don't need to be big or jacked anymore. It's tough for me to say, admittedly I'd love a classic buildup song like Enter Sandman or The Final Countdown, but as any good wrestling fan knows, those are taken by a shit wrestler and...

What do you think of the rock/metal 1990's? Really such a bad & boring decade?

The 90s is when metal was well out of the spotlight, which I think means that it had more time to experiment and grow. There's a lot of foundational stuff coming through in the 90s for a bunch of genres that began to ascend in the 2000s. There was no real pressure, no metal band was gonna go...

ICE can't be deterred by being shot at. As was made clear in LA, there are always bigger guns to bring in. They can only be deterred by (mostly) non-violent action blocking them from enforcing their actions.

BLACK SABBATH DISCOGRAPHY RANKING GAME: #10 REVEALED

This wasn't supposed to be a Black Sabbath album and it doesn't sound like one. So I'm fine with this.

Maidenfans Best Albums of the Millenium: 2001

Voting for: Iced Earth, Kamelot, Avantasia, Sonata Arctica, and Lost Horizon, the latter of which definitely should be closer to the upper-middle of this list.

I will remind people that we have updated the rules around repeated whining. We get the opinion, it's been held several times. If it gets egregious, we will step in. This is what I casually call the RLonger rule. Please keep critiques relevant and not simply repeated moaning about whichever...

    Favourite Iron Maiden Epic (1980-1992)

Not from my end. We all know it's subjective.

    Favourite Iron Maiden Epic (1980-1992)

I don't generally consider Powerslave to be an epic but if it's on a list I'm gonna pick it. Best Iron Maiden song. If you pull Powerslave from the list then it's easily Phantom of the Opera.

    Battle of the unsingable choruses

I quite like Lightning Strikes Twice. I don't think it's a great song but it's perfectly fine. Mother of Mercy is a bottom 10 Iron Maiden song for me.

Why would I want to see? Ugh, it just all sounds like pathetic wankery to me. Mostly the same, although I would not be so generous on calling them incredible and great, I'd probably go down a level, but that's anti-nu metal bias for me.

Lateralus doesn't rate for me. I am not a fan of Tool at all. Gave it a spin today, for the first couple songs I was confused why it was here, but by the end I got it. Fun album!
