Absolutely. I’m not gloating in any way. The guy is a product of his own beliefs. I don’t think pointing that out is gloating.

Charlie Kirk has been killed in a targeted school shooting. It is shocking, to say the least. At times like these it is important to remember certain beliefs: "I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to...

Cool to see Nicko doing stuff, I'm sure this will be entertaining. That said: can we stop calling YouTube shows "podcasts"?

Maidenfans Best Albums of the Millennium: 2007

I went through the whole discography and I honestly prefer the poppier power metal stuff. At least the albums that just predate the intense Sabaton-ification of Powerwolf, like Blessed, Sacrament, and Call. The most recent album is complete fluff, though. These early Powerwolf albums just don't...

Yes, exactly. If by "meh" you mean "two of the worst songs in the entire discography."

Speaking of those bands, it's pretty telling that Ghost Opera and Systematic Chaos were not included for this year.

Maidenfans Best Albums of the Millennium: 2007

Dark Passion Play is my favorite Nightwish album. Yes, it has some weaker tracks. Yes, it has their weakest vocalist. But it's also their darkest, heaviest, most well-produced album until this point and it's full of Marko. A+++ 110% album. In the grand scheme of their discography, Paradise Lost...

I've only seen Blaze once and he was fantastic. He also was the nicest guy. Just, as has been said for thirty years, he wasn't the guy for Maiden.

Maidenfans Best Albums of the Millennium: 2006 FINAL ROUND

I don't think I need to vote for AMOLAD, but I will. With Oden On Our Side is Amon Amarth's best album and would be my top pick for this year if AMOLAD didn't exist.

    Bruce Dickinson

Venues are getting downgraded for Bruce's tour. At least in Chicago, he went from a 2,500 capacity venue to a 1,400 capacity. Selfishly, this is great, as I prefer this specific smaller venue.
