The track ordering influences the Spotify views. It seems that people play the first song and let the album run until, I don't know, they get to work or finish their jogging. Youtube has a different algorithm. Hell on Earth popped up on my initial page several times.

Why all songs have two Youtube version? One with the flag and other with the album cover. Does quality vary?
