Re: TFF is hands down the best modern Maiden album This is definitely their best album since 7th son... There are new things on this album that Maiden have never done before, there are things they have been doing since the reunion, and there are a lot of moments which remind me of their glory...

The Man Who Would Be King for me, while the song is really great, it sounds like it was written for Virtual XI. It's kinda got the same vibe. Thank Harris, Blaze ain't singing it though  :bigsmile:

I would like to hear Satellite 15 open the show, Final Frontier, Coming Home, The Alchemist, Talisman, WTWWB. These will be great to hear live. And so I praise you, buddy. My feelings exactly.

I actually like the solos a lot. A lot of H's solos, which is good. His tone is un-mistakable and is bloody damn good.

that Rush part is so fantastic. I'm tellin ya, there are a few parts on this album that are so un-maiden, that it's bloody awesome! I love it.

To write something that's actually personal doesn't take longer than 2 hours, lol. I'm sure Bruce wrote these quick... he can relate to this stuff.

I think this is Bruce's best performance on the album, primarily because he's singing from experience. This song is about him, it's his baby. I love this. Almost makes me cry. :blush:

This may sound weird, but for some strange reason, The Alchemist reminds me of Bryan Adams' Only the Strong Survive.  :blink:

Re: Satellite 15....The Final Frontier It's obvious they used a demo tape. The sound quality is so much different than Final Frontier...  Bruce just came in and did 2 lines and that's it.

It's got a good chorus.

I love Jeff Healey's solo on that song on Gillan's Inn. It's incredible.

One of the songs that makes me proud of being a Maiden fan. I love the mood, the emotion, the chorus... and that intro is so old school! I love this fucking song.

Re: Satellite 15....The Final Frontier I thought the intro would be a lot better after hearing all these reviewers hyping it up. But it's nothing spectacular, I was expecting something more atmospheric and just chaotic.
