Adrian's CSIT solo is my third favorite of his all time. It so overpowers the others here that I can only vote for it alone. This is the first time I havent chosen two solos.

I cant stop listening to this song. Its just so.....captivating. Everything Maiden has ever done is transmorgified in this song. I think I will cry when they finish this song live.....damn.

Those are some great fucking keyboards then. I hope they can come close to replicating that because this song will be the centerpiece of the tour.

Does anyone know if the wall of sound that hits at 1:17 is helped by just really good keyboards or a full orchestra? Also is that keyboards or a violin that mixes in with the acoustic guitar during the intro?

This song passed up Paschendale as my favorite post-reunion tune. It is also in the running for replacing one in my all time top ten.

Hey Forostar! I voted for a NON-Adrian solo lol. Can I give you some advice? If you want non-partisan voting, then group your solos in groups of 4 with the SAME artist. For example, next group of solos all Dave or all Janick etc, that way we all have no choice but to choose one from the same...

Like Srogyy said in a previous post, the SIASL solo may win this whole thing. IMO most of the solos (and guitar work in general ) on SIT are among the best in Maiden's catalogue. It's one of the reasons that SIT is the consensus favorite amongst Maiden fans.
