Bruce's live singing in the 80s is largely a myth. Based on bootlegs, the only tours he actually nailed were Beast on the Road and the first half of World Piece. The '83 concerts at the Hammersmith were the turning point. He had good/great moments in the next tours (Rio '85, Modena '88 IIRC) but...
It's a live album, but yes, the title was a tribute to Iron Maiden's debut EP. Opeth's concert had taken place at the Roundhouse in London, hence the play.
And the sticker on the back in perfect condition. On a guitar that's at least 25 years old.
In any case, the seller (some Japanese guitar shop) says it is a modified Strat aiming at reproducing Adrian's.
PS: and also this. Adrian's Strat had white pickups, this one has white single coils but...
This is very kind on their side but I would've liked one or two words from Steve or Dave or Adrian, who's slightly more at ease with a "spokesperson" role. They were in the band in Paul's days after all.

After more than three years of (inconstant) listening, my top 3 of the solos is:
Janick in The Parchment (1st solo)
Dave in The Parchment
Adrian in Hell on Earth
Individual top 3 for the axemen:
Adrian:
Hell on Earth
Darkest Hour
The Writing on the Wall
Dave:
The Parchment
Hell on Earth...

There was no solo there in the original recording, it was a live-only addition and Dave played the solo because he was (so to say) the soloist at the time. Also he usually played it under the last verse while in 2005 they put it after, leading to the jam and into Sanctuary.
Neither Janick nor...
