Replacing a song at this point in the tour is problematic if you normally play the same setlist every show. It's like an official statement that the band couldn’t handle it. It should become clear during rehearsals or at least after the first show, then it doesn't attract so much attention...

Thanks for the summary! I'm a little surprised that 8 August wasn't chosen as the release date. From a strategic point of view, many fans would have been looking for some compensation for the end of the Maiden tour at this point.
