    On the plus side for the Pens they moved out Rutta, Grandlund, and Petry and actually reduced their cap number. I agree Karlsson is a risk. But they helped clear out some overpriced contracts. I think they did pretty well overall

    Exactly, I think the answer here is to approve Ukraine for NATO to take effect at the end of the war and in the meantime, give them what they need to end it and kick the russians back to russia

    According to Russian state media, major changes to the leadership of the Russian ministry of defense including the current defense minister, Sergei Shoigu and army chief of general staff, Valery Gerasimov have reportedly been agreed upon in order to stop the march of the Wagner group towards Moscow.

    I think there are others that are worse (paging St. Anger and the Load albums). It is not horrible, but suffers from all the post-Justice albums, it is just really uneven and has an EPs worth of good material and a bunch of songs that essentially sound all the same

    Ahh .. it is different here. There are 2 basic kinds of mortgages 1) Fixed Rate which locks in a certain rate for the length of the contract which are usually 15 or 30 years 2) Variable rates that are tied to the prime rate + some percentage (based on the bank, credit, loan amount, etc)...

    You really only are subject to the increase in interest rates if you have a variable-rate mortgage, which I am not sure why anyone would take out when rates were so low (at least not in the US .. no idea how that works anywhere else
