Come on, Dirty Women is absolutely one of the best Ozzy era songs. This album in general is a grower.

    Favorite Album From Each Year

I think this was an excellent year. Surely you could find something cool right? There's Dream Theater, Blind Guardian, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, WASP, Pantera, Running Wild, Stratovarius, Testament, Rage, Annihilator and many others from 1992.

Night Terror > Midnight Messiah > A Broken Man for me too. I find myself missing the 90s vibes with all three songs though.

The Greatest Metal Song Cup - Part II, Round 5, Matches 79-84

There’s that, and also The Battle Rages On is better than every Yes song... Heart of the Sunrise has some metallic bits in it, I guess.

    Black Sabbath

This one has the excellent Wheels of Confusion and Under the Sun on it, the rest I could really just take or leave.

    Black Sabbath

It's pleasant enough but probably the weakest track on Paranoid.

    Black Sabbath

Ah yes, the often forgotten era of Diesel liking Dream Theater.

The Greatest Metal Song Cup - Part II, Round 5, Matches 79-84

July Morning vs 18 and Life is a battle of two 10/10 songs, that's tough.

Yeah, I think it would even be fair to extend that to 84-90, although I don't think he can quite compete with Painkiller era Halford.

It's pretty similar to some of the tracks from A View, I can't say I'm a big fan of this one. It's pretty different from Night Terror so I suspect those fans who didn't like that one will like A Broken Man.

    Helloween & Gamma Ray

That's the impression I got, but I'm happy either way. Helloween can do no wrong in my eyes.

If any of you watched any footage from shows after the London gig you'd know that he's doing really well at the moment.
