Really getting into this song now. The intro is amazing and it never lets up throughout. Nice feel to Ade's main riff and the lyrics are cool. 10/10:)

Have been listening to this one quite a bit but can't get into it for some reason. It's a decent enough song but hovering around the 7/10 mark for me at the minute. Might grow on me in time.

There are some particularly gruesome Eddie's.... The Purgatory and NOTB single covers/shirts are quite bloodthirsty. Oh and The X-Factor.

They would still be able to do a 90's best of tour and still include songs from the 80's. FOTD/The Clansman/BQOBD/SOTC/Holy Smoke/Futureal and 1 or two more from the 90's... Then you could add in a few usual 80's classics and the odd surprise or two. I would pay to see it.:)

Great interview! You always know what you're going to get with Nicko. He's always very vocal. I like his take on Maiden's future plans.

Kids generally view Eddie as they typically few anything mysterious or dangerous i.e. with a mixture of curiosity and wonder. These parents who want to ban Mr Edward T Head are just like most of the general populace; ignorant.

SIT is a great Maiden album. There are some brilliant songs on it. Particularly like TLOTLDR, ATG, Stranger, CSIT and SOM. Adrian and Steve practically wrote this whole album between them although maybe Davey Co-wrote Deja-vu.

Apparently Steve did all the synth work on the album. At least according to the sleeve notes. I think the keyboards sound fine and not particularly cheesy or false. I even like the synths at the start of IESF although they do sound a bit Holy Diverish.

I've listened to TRATB about 10 times now (start to finish). At first it didn't get me the same as some of the more immediate songs however there are some great ideas here. It started out as maybe a 7 but now I would give it a 9. Have turned the volume on my sound system up to the max and the...
