Yes, thanks! Then you can certainly say that getting a fantastic offer did not make James blind to why it would be very problematic.
But Rod, really!
Possible, but then a little naive. It is obvious that you have a very strong competitor if someone else is the current back up. The father came across as completely bewildered.
I am torn. It is a nice photo and nice to send these greetings but at the same time...
You can attack me for it but I can not hide that I find it irritating that they apparently just can't just be themselves.
The faces are altered so much especiallly in the chin area that they look almost...
You can certainly find examples for this in metal history but in the case of Iron Maiden, I really can not imagin the other members even having that idea of carrying on with a band called "Iron Maiden" without Steve Harris.
I would have liked it a non-British singer in a more and more international metal scene. That their roots and what they stand for can only be honoured if they are all British does not make complete sense to me. I never read (hear) this argument when new members of other bands are discussed.
But...
I don't think it was mentioned again. On Facebook he doesn't respond to comments on this. For other projects he sometimes replies or gives a like. I also expected you hear something at the end of the year if he was working on it instead of touring.
Wonder if there will be new material played on...
Yes, of course. I never believed he surprised everyone with this a week before the last show.
Its is just speculation, and sometimes I was wrong but I always like to pay attention to small details in photos or what someone says (if it is not a prepared statement) because it reveals sometimes...
Yes, I really wonder why they didn't do that. It would have had many advantages and it wasn't that difficult to come up with the idea, nor would it have been particularly expensive or work-intensive.
Simon's drum kit is small but I don't see why he couldn't change it for Maiden.
And while all that is prepared, the contract with the big star is being finalised and Rod laughs about Lazarus' rants and how Lazarus really believed his son had a role in Steve's masterplan. ;)
Ok, I admit that...
This is just a confirmation for Steve that the decision against Joe was the right one. No band needs someone whose father might rant on Facebook if something happens on tour that his son finds unfair.
Is mr. Lazarus really too stupid to understand that?
